Payment
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted on our secure site. Credit cards are only charged when the order is ready to ship.

Please note, we need the following information to process your order:

• Name, address, phone number (day and evening) and e-mail address
• Credit card information (must match the name and address on the account)
• Credit card expiration date

Sales Tax

By law, we must charge sales tax on all purchases shipped to addresses within California.

Privacy
We do not share your information with any other entity.

Ordering
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after we receive your order. Unless your item is unavailable, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days. If you placed your order on a Friday after 12 noon Pacific Time, it may be shipped on the following business day. We will send you an additional e-mail with tracking information as soon as your package has shipped.

Gifts
If your order is to be shipped to someone as a gift, please note that in the “ship to” information. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please let us know in the comments box when the order is placed. Remember, we will need all pertinent shipping/phone information for the recipient.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase or gift and stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, please let us know how we can help.

We will exchange any full-priced item within 30 days as long as it is in the original unworn, resalable condition.

Exchanges & Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us immediately.  We will gladly exchange for another item, however shipping charges may apply. All Sale Merchandise is final and not exchangeable or returnable.

Be sure to insure, track and mail your return package as we will only become responsible once we have received the return.  Shipping and handling of returns are the customer’s responsibility.  A return address will be provided when we approve your return.
